Rental Terms

Half of the total must be paid six months in advance.  All remaining balances are due 60 days prior to event date indicated above.  A $100.00 security deposit is due when booking your event. A $25.00 parking fee will be added to the downtown New Orleans area.  A $25.00 NSF fee will be charged on all returned checks.  All funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.  The price is based on a four hour event.  If the event exceeds four hours, a $100 per hour fee will be added for each additional hour. A $100 per hour fee will be charged for any time exceeding the time noted on the contract.  A cash payment will be required at that time. Upon cancellation no funds, including deposit will be refunded.  If linen is lost or damaged in any manner, client agrees to pay a replacement cost in addition to the rental charge.  Any funds not paid within 30 days of the event will require a cash payment.  Elegant Linens LLC is not responsible for any damage or injuries caused by this product.
